Registrations

Registrations will be open from 7.00 pm (CET) on January 4th 2022 and will close at 7.00 pm on March 31st 2022.

The organization expects the presence of almost all the instruments of the Suzuki family and foresees a limited number of participants. Registration takes place electronically and any registrations requested beyond the required number will have a place on a waiting list and reconsidered in the event of any renunciations.

The registration fee for students is € 250.00. It includes participation in all scheduled educational activities for students and admission to concerts for students and families. Discounts are available for students of the same family (brothers / sisters). The discount for the second brother / sister will be equal to 5% of the fee, for the third and any other brothers / sisters it will be equal to 10% of the fee, as long as the brothers / sisters register at the same time through online registration. Admission to some concerts, except the final one, may be limited and in this case a booking service will be made available for the event.

The registration fee for observing teachers is € 90.00. It includes the opportunity to observe the teaching activities held by the international team of teachers. There will be many teachers on the team and the observing teachers will be able to move freely from one class to another, naturally avoiding crowding the classes, a maximum number of observing teachers will be established for each classroom. The fee also includes admission to concerts. Admission to some concerts, except the final one, may be limited and in this case a booking service will be made available for the event. Upon registration, observing teachers can indicate their willingness to collaborate for free for educational activities and concerts.

In case of cancellation of the event due to causes related to the ongoing pandemic, the student registration fees will be refunded to the extent of 90%.

In case of voluntary cancellation by March 31st 2022, the paid fee will be reimbursed in the amount of 90% only if the vacant place in the instrument-specific waitlist is then occupied by any other student on the said list.

There is a minimum registrations amount requirement for each instrument; if this constraint is not met, the relative course will not be activated and the fees received for these registrations will be fully refunded.

Accreditation and duration of the event

Accreditation of participants, students and teachers will take place in the afternoon of 12 July and 13 July from 8.30 to 18.00 at the event secretariat set up in Cuneo. The opening concert is scheduled for the afternoon / evening of July 13th; the didactic activities will begin on July 13th at 2.30 pm for the students of the orchestras and for the students participating in the opening concert and on July 14th at 9.00 am for all the others.

Concerts by schools, pianists and orchestras are scheduled for 14,15,16 July.

The event will end with the grand final concert with the participation of all participants in the event on July 17 at 11.00 am.
